Extrusion Machine Operators - Up to $23/hour + Weekly Pay!

Position: Extrusion Machine Operator

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Pay: $22 to $23/hour (Depending on Shift)

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule:

  1. 1st Shift: Friday - Tuesday or Thursday - Monday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
  2. 2nd Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm
  3. 3rd Shift: Friday - Tuesday, 11:00pm to 7:30am

 

HB Staffing is seeking Extrusion Machine Operators to join a growing and dynamic team! 


Experience and Education Requirements:

  1. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
  3. Experience operating extrusion machines or similar industrial equipment is an asset.
  4. Hands-on experience with machine setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
  5. Familiarity with quality control, product inspection, labeling, and packaging procedures.
  6. Proven ability to meet productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced production environment.
  7. Technical training or certification in manufacturing, machine operation, or industrial technology is preferred but not required.
  8. Forklift certification is a plus.


Position Requirements:   

  1. Ability to safely operate extrusion and other production equipment.
  2. Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to adjust machine settings and process parameters.
  3. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify material defects and take corrective action.
  4. Working knowledge of workplace safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
  5. Ability to read and follow work orders, standard operating procedures, and written instructions.
  6. Ability to keep accurate production and quality records.
  7. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including a respirator, during setup and production.
  8. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required in a manufacturing environment.
  9. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
  10. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, quality personnel, and production team members.
  11. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  12. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  13. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
