Schedule: 9/80 work schedule, morning shift; onsite
HB Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic residential property maintenance team!
Job Description:
- Complete apartment unit turns, preparing units for new resident move-in
- Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, and HVAC repairs
- Install and repair appliances
- Complete trash-outs and general clean-outs
- Perform interior and exterior maintenance across apartments and grounds
- Report to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Perform other maintenance duties as needed
Position Requirements:
- Hard skills: Hands-on maintenance experience across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, HVAC, and appliance repair; valid driver's license, ability to be insured, and ability to be cleared to drive; may drive a work vehicle or your own vehicle on-property only to transport tools and equipment
- Soft skills: Reliable and able to work independently on unit turns; strong attention to detail; able to work the 9/80 schedule onsite; works well with supervisors and team members
