Regardless of which of HB Staffing’s customers you work for, HB Staffing is always your employer. Your HB Staffing supervisor is your contact for all work assignments or employment issues.
Assignment may range in length from one day, six months or 5 years. Some are simply direct placements, where you will become staff employee of the client right away.
Please notify your HB Staffing supervisor immediately, especially if safety is a concern.
You may not (except with prior written permission from HB Staffing) operate machinery or motor vehicles or perform work other than that described at the time the client placed the job order.
Be sure to let your HB Staffing supervisor know when your work assignment ends, so we can consider you for a new assignment.
If for any reason you must be late or absent from your assignment, notify HB Staffing as soon as possible. This permits HB Staffing to meet our customer’s needs by sending a replacement.
All time cards must be turned in by 10:00 a.m. Monday morning in order ensure you will be paid on Friday of the same week.
Payday is every Friday (if Friday is a holiday, then payday will be the preceding Thursday). Direct deposits are received by your bank account in the morning on Friday, and checks are mailed out on Friday as well.
If an accident occurs and you are injured while on the job, call your HB Staffing supervisor or safety coordinator immediately! You are employed by HB Staffing and covered by HB Staffing’s workers’ compensation insurance. We must be notified immediately so we can make sure you are given care and attention at the proper medical facility.
HB Staffing offers a $100.00 Talent Scout Finder’s Fee for each qualified employee referred to HB Staffing and who works for 80 hours or more. For more information regarding our referral bonus program, please contact an HB Staffing supervisor for more information.
