Direct Hire – These candidates are highly talented personnel that a client hires immediately onto their payroll for a variety of reasons including retention, accessibility to benefits, confidentiality, or the need to select from a larger pool of qualified candidates, (direct hire candidates may be working and can leave for another ‘permanent’ position, but wouldn’t leave for a temp-to-hire opportunity.)
