HB Staffing was founded in 2000 to serve local Orange County businesses and organizations through placement of predominately local candidates. Our mission is to provide the best possible Contingent ("temporary), Temp-to-Hire and/or Direct Hire staffing services specializing in office and light industrial work environments in Orange County. Annually, we service over 200 Orange County companies – small, medium and large. Jonathan Paul and Cathy Vee own and manage HB Staffing and are proud residents of the HB Seacliff Community. These business professionals combine more than 50 years of experience in the staffing, human resources and related fields. Elaine Blum – Sr. Staffing Manager - I see myself as a "people person" with strengths in starting up new relationships with HB clients and maintaining long-term relationships. Prior to joining HB Staffing I owned a travel agency and a restaurant. Born and raised in St. Paul, MN, I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts in English. I've made Huntington Beach my home since 1974 and am an avid reader, a sports enthusiast, and enjoy cross-stitching.
